Bandwidth-walk verify

This page verifies a slim-v4 CBOR bandwidth-walk object: arithmetic dag2 fill (no SHA in expansion), then sequential span checks. It is not the SHS6 /verify/ path (that Wasm track is legacy for this research). On load you get a parse-only structure map — no 256 MiB fill until you press Verify. Needs ~300 MiB+ tab headroom for a 256 MiB room.
